Please look over your order as soon as you receive it and if you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
Rules and procedures for returns:
*Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day window.
*Please note that our return policy applies to both domestic and international orders.
We are now offering exchanges for the SAME item but in a different SIZE! If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please contact us before shipping back. An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 5-7 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as a gift card code. Personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
Sometimes things happen and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! The girls at Wynn River LLC are always trying to beat their records, which means they pack and ship orders fast! Once they initially process your order in the warehouse (usually within 2-4 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
Have you ever had that moment when you’ve just submitted your order and you see a top that makes your heart stop? Well, we have. First, contact us immediately! We may be able to add the item to your existing order, but only if we have not already processed your order (usually within 2-4 hours). We cannot add additional items to your order once it has been processed. If you miss that window, place a new order for that can’t miss item, and, if it is within 24 hours of your previous order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to ship it out with your first order or waive the shipping fee on this additional order. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include both order numbers in your message.
We are proud to offer a variety of amazing styles from different designers, but it also means that sizing varies from piece to piece. We put together this general sizing chart of what we consider each size to be in the hopes that it will assist you on your shopping journey. You should also read the descriptions of each product, because we try on each style and let you know if we think it runs big/small and any other info that will inform your buying decisions.
